Best Valentines Weekend EVER

It started off with beautiiful flowers on Friday and then a surprise diner to Gumbos. Honestly I hate seafood but Ty took me there for more sentimental reasons. Gumbos is where he proposed to me with the "jacket trick". It was cold the night he proposed, so he gave me his jacket like the gentleman he is. He asked me to look in my pocket and there it was.....the ring that began it all. So sweet! Sunday he brought me the newest edition to my Angels. He said it reminded him of kambel and I because she always gives me the sweetest kisses. My V-Day card was filled with his sweet words and a massage that he insist I get. We finished the weekend with a movie at Gold Class and just an all around great Valentines
feeling.

Oh the spectacular (and yummy) cookies were a special delivery from my sweet friend Stacy!

Cool Pictures

From over the the kids break. We took a mini trip to the Omni Hotel in Austin. It was pretty cool for the kids to get to stay at a hotel and have their own kid room. Unfortuntely it was closely attached to my room so it got old pretty quik. The kids swam at the indoor pool during the day and then after diner out they would run wild through our small living spaces until bedtime. Soooo as nice as it was to not be stuck in my house with all 3 kids it would have been nicer to have had no kids at all there at the hotel. I'm just being honest.......

Rascal Flatts

Best concert EVER!! Ty got me tickets for Christmas and it was an awesome present to say the least. We saw them a couple years ago but they were even better this time around. Thank GOD you were there Natalie....to sing every single song with me!! Ty knew a few but really loved it when they jammed out to Metallica! Thanks babe for a great time!

Oh and thanks Steven for saving us with your handy "ice scraper" marked Costco!

Another Year!

Here are a few pictures from our annual AD party at Bobby's house. Unfortunately Eva has moved and our "friendship" is over......I was really hoping for a guest appearance on Desperate!



This last year is a year to be thankful for without a doubt. God has blessed us with so many things.....too many to mention. I am so grateful for my family and amazing friends (and that my husband still has a job). I can't wait to see what 2011' has in store!

Well, you have drove me absolutely nuts the last 3 weeks being home and invading my space and my happy routine. I have willingly and with LOTS of love taken care of you through this trying time with your knee surgery and all the many complications we encountered. It was a rollercoaster with all the uncertanities and sleepless nights we had. Thank God we made it through and are on the other side. I still love you and my gosh Ty, ofcourse I didn't try to poison you!

Christmas Pictures?

Unfortunately yes I'm still posting Christmas pictures. I'm really sorry but my life went a little off the tracks over Christmas and I'm trying to get caught up. I promise this will be the last of last year......The Big Green Egg......Ty will love it when he can actually use it. It still sits right where it was openend Christmas morning! Small steps for us....literally!

BITTY BABY......a last minute present Kambel recieved from "Santa". I was able to get a hold of this Bitty Baby a couple days before Christmas. I wasn't for sure if Kambel would understand the whole American Doll world but boy was I wrong. Kambel is in love with baby Charlie (the name changes daily). Every night Kambel drags her up the stairs, tucks Charlie in bed beside her, and hugs her tight. So Sweet!
