So the only present that was kept a secret this year were these Tiffany Bow earrings. Unfortunately, every other gift was discovered weeks before Christmas......thanks to Ty's "Undercover Christmas Shopping". Nevertheless, I was so very excited to add them to my collection. I don't get wrapped over very many fancy things in life (I'm sorta a cheap date), but Tiffany & Co. has been a love of mine for years. Let me give some history on my taste for these fine silver pieces. I came to know "Tiffany" when I was a senior in high school, not because I came from a privaledged family...oh no. My childhood and teenage years were quite the opposite. I worked my ass off for everything I owned and struggled to make ends meet for me and for my single mom who worked as a LVN making 9 dollars an hour (not much oppurtunity in Paris, Texas)! I recieved a package a week before graduation and was surprised to see a little blue box that was very unfamiliar to me. The gift was from my sister, who sadly is still locked away at the state pen in Huntsville ,Texas. She sent it as a graduation present to me. How she was able to buy it and send it to me from prison is still a mystery. I realy don't think I ever even told her thank you, but the bangle bracelet she sent is a very special thing to me. Unknown to her that bracelet will remain my favorite.........

Gobble Gobble!
My favorite picture from this Thanksgiving......Kambel coming to the realization that she is one of the cutest things on earth!
Thanks Kiffe Family for spending Thanksgiving with us! We always have the best time with you guys and consider you just like family! I hope to do it again next year......I don't think Chad will have any complaints if you skip Auntie's house next year!

Long Lost Pictures!
This was a wine tour to remember.....or forget, depending on how many glasses of wine you had! It was lotus' 21st Birthday (again?), so to celebrate we went on a wine tour to the beautiful Hill Country. Unfortunately the tour was in August and there was no air conditioning in the limo, full of about 14 girls. I think looking back we can all laugh and chalk it up as a crazy experience.
Forgot this one....
Date Night
Woohoo....the funnest night we've had in a long time. The intro to our "date night" started the day before, with the most beautiful flowers. Friday I was surprised with a fabulous diner at the Moonshine Grill.......best food EVER! It was sooo nice to take all the time in the world and just talk....really talk, and actually listen to each other. We had some more drinks at the Roaring Fork and then off to bed in our awesome suite at Stephen F. Austin (great gift Chiliheads). We definitely need more nights like this!

Flowers For Me???
I was beginning to wander........if you had forgotten about the flowers. You know I am a sucker for anything with a stem.
Thank you for always knowing how to make my day. The flowers are very fitting for our upcoming Thanksgiving together....so much to be thankful for. I love you Ty, you are my best friend forever!
Thanksgiving Feast
Or should I say Beast of a Feast at Winkley Elementary. Katlyn's "Feast" was quite the opposite of any feast. The children were maniacs, the noise level was horrendous, and the food was just awful! I think Ty and I both had upset stomaches for the rest of the day. Oh well......I got the picture......that I had to beg for!
