Hopefully everyone had fun. I myself was a bit tired from all the preparing and hosting. My night ended with only 3 glasses of wine and a silly husband. Your welcome Ty for being such an excellent hostess!

Pretty in pink............

Pretty she will be and in the pink dress she picked out for the, oh so very special Daddy-Daughter Dance coming up in the next couple weeks. Ty and her went last year and at diner when she is asked what she is thankful for her reply is, "Daddy Daughter Dance with daddy". So, I'm guessing this will be a Valentines tradition!

Busy bees taking a rest?

They sleep? I guess today they do. So sweet seeing the notorious busy bee 1 and 2 actually sleeping during the day. So peaceful...........

Straight A's again!! I am so proud of you Sutton Blaine! You are such a sweet boy and the best big brother ever!

Unhappy Baby

Kambel is usually the happiest baby in the world. Unfortunately she is cutting numerous teeth at this point and this is her usual face for the last few days. We have seen 5 that are for sure coming in and a suspicious white spot that is more than likely one more. It has been very hard for her and I both. I am trying everything but nothing is helping!! I am going to venture out with Amber Beads ( maybe some hippy beads around her neck will be our saving grace). Can we please be done with teething! * She didin't even get her first tooth until after one! Now were getting them all at once. What the heck, this girl will be the death of me!!

Oh Binky

I don't thnk I can let go. With katlyn, 9 months it was gone. Sutton was almost 12 months and in the trash it went. Why in the world are Kambel and I both attached to this dang thing. I know all the tricks EVERYONE has given me to get rid of th paci but I just can't do it. I thnk it symbolizes something like MY BABY IS NOT A BABY ANYMORE!

Our 2009 Christmas party was loads of fun for everyone. Thanks to all of you who came and brought your smiling faces!! We will definitely do it again next Christmas! Here are a few of the pictures.

Going back a bit....

A girls trip to Tulsa Oklahoma. Don't ask why Oklahoma, very long story! So the three of us had quite an adventure. We got to see the big city for what it was worth. We ate a bunch, drank a bunch, learned a little more than we wanted to about one another and got lost on several different occasions. But hey, we got to see one of the most fabulous Broadway productions ever,Wicked! I love The Wizard Of Oz!!

See our smiling faces. I can tell you that minutes later those smiles trurned into faces of horror. Unfortunately I had quite a panick attack, threw up, and scared the poor man sitting on the row beside me. What true friends to tuff it out through all the embarrassement!! Thanks Lotus and Jamie for the crazy trip!

Padre Island

I am ready for the beach of Padre Island again! I was looking through pictures and I ran across last years'! I really miss it. We went with the Kiffe family last year and we had the best time ever! We're for sure doing it again! The sun on my skin and the sand between my toes is just fabulous!

First Day of School

First Day of School

Well, actually last week was Kambel's first day of school but there were too many tears to get any pictures. Her and I both were a little more prepared this week. I know it's good for the both of us to have those hours apart but it doesn't feel that way when I'm driving away. It's so hard to see my baby Kambel is growing so fast. It's funny how fast life goes by for ty and I right now. We always wander in December where the year has went. I love all three of my babies so much and try my hardest to be the best mom I can possibly be in hopes that that's enough.

Ty and I always go into the kids rooms to check on our little stinkers before bed. We couldn't keep from laughing when we found katlyn like this. I guess her head was a little cold? Katlyn asleep is the only time you will ever see her this calm!

Christmas Day

Another year! We always have a since of accomplishment when all the gifts are unwrapped and admired by our seemingly grateful children. Unfortunately the gifts are only admired for mere seconds and then they all move on. Oh well! It's worth it!

It was the night before Christmas and all through the house

So quite and still. Ty and I just sat there and stared at the lights for a while after everthing was warapped and prepared for Christmas Day. Actual months of planning and wrapping and in seconds it was all over! I suppose it's all worth it to get those minutes of utter euphoria your children experience. Their eyes light up so bright when they see that Santa has come in the night.
