My favorite picture from this Thanksgiving......Kambel coming to the realization that she is one of the cutest things on earth!

Thanks Kiffe Family for spending Thanksgiving with us! We always have the best time with you guys and consider you just like family! I hope to do it again next year......I don't think Chad will have any complaints if you skip Auntie's house next year!

Long Lost Pictures!

This was a wine tour to remember.....or forget, depending on how many glasses of wine you had! It was lotus' 21st Birthday (again?), so to celebrate we went on a wine tour to the beautiful Hill Country. Unfortunately the tour was in August and there was no air conditioning in the limo, full of about 14 girls. I think looking back we can all laugh and chalk it up as a crazy experience.

So cute! My "special order" coffee was waiting in the mini bar when I woke up! So sad for date night to be over......

Date Night

Woohoo....the funnest night we've had in a long time. The intro to our "date night" started the day before, with the most beautiful flowers. Friday I was surprised with a fabulous diner at the Moonshine Grill.......best food EVER! It was sooo nice to take all the time in the world and just talk....really talk, and actually listen to each other. We had some more drinks at the Roaring Fork and then off to bed in our awesome suite at Stephen F. Austin (great gift Chiliheads). We definitely need more nights like this!

Flowers For Me???

I was beginning to wander........if you had forgotten about the flowers. You know I am a sucker for anything with a stem.

Thank you for always knowing how to make my day. The flowers are very fitting for our upcoming Thanksgiving together....so much to be thankful for. I love you Ty, you are my best friend forever!

Thanksgiving Feast

Or should I say Beast of a Feast at Winkley Elementary. Katlyn's "Feast" was quite the opposite of any feast. The children were maniacs, the noise level was horrendous, and the food was just awful! I think Ty and I both had upset stomaches for the rest of the day. Oh well......I got the picture......that I had to beg for!

Wow! She was not messing around today with her extra cute SASS! Some days are better spent at home so the entertaining moments aren't missed!

21 Days And Counting

(Got our luggage in the mail today..... kambel was ready
to pack herself up and head to the mountains!!)

That's right, 3 weeks until we see snow in Winterpark, Colorado. What's that you say.....snow?? Yes we Texans are very unfamiliar with that term. Lucky for me, December 1st I will be making angels in the snow! We visited Denver last October but I didn't get the full experience of a "White Wonderland". I'm super duper excited!

Cool picture

That I thought was interesting for my viewers. Ty went Deep-Sea fishing a couple weeks ago and this is the one and only picture he brought home to see. Being the only one, it was left up to my imagination to guess how it went. Here's house i pictured it, 2 boats overflowing with BUDWEISER, a few guys with fishing poles, and sharks circling the waters. Doesn't seem the least bit safe huh? No....I agree. My man made it home though and brought back some red drum to share, so I guess it was a great time!

Pale Pink....

Is a perfect color for her room. It was the color of her room in our old house and surprisingly it will be the color in her new room. I was going to go with something a little bolder to grow with her as she "matured" out of the baby pink stage. After a lot of thought though, I've decided...... what could be more classic and charming than pale pink to fit her as ahe grows through the years. Pale pink is for the young and the old! So pale pink it is....I will post an updated picture after it's painted!

Yummy! It was great service and superb food. Most of all, it was a super fun night with the Reardon couple. Thank you Stacy and Eddie for all your help and support through this last month! Ya'll are absolutely, positively, fantastic!
